Delivery Locations & Costs
Our delivery fees* are determined by your location:
● Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories: HK$380
● Tung Chung & Ma Wan: HK$500
● Discovery Bay: HK$600
#NOTE: Delivery Monday - Saturday (excluding Statutory Holiday). Staircase charges may apply*
The above delivery fee listed excludes the stairs fee. An additional parking fee may be charged in some locations.
Please kindly make sure the entrance, lift or stairwell of your place is large enough for your new purchase(s) to fit in.
If you prefer to pick up your pieces directly from our shops (Wan Chai, Horizon Plaza, The Peninsula), just let us know – we will happily arrange for them to be packed and ready for self-collection.
Storage Policy
We will notify you promptly once your order arrives at our warehouse. All items will receive a complimentary storage period of up to 1 month, calculated from the date the goods arrive. After the complimentary 1-month period, a storage fee will apply. This fee is charged at a rate of HKD 20 per cubic metre (CBM) per day, with a minimum charge based on 1 CBM. If items remain stored for more than 2 months from the arrival date, we reserve the right to take further action without prior notice. In such a case, any amount paid will not be refundable, and we reserve the right to claim any outstanding storage fees incurred.
For self-collection orders, items not collected within 1 month of the notification date will be considered abandoned, and ownership will automatically transfer to OVO.
Additional Charges
| Stair Charges:
Our delivery team can help get your purchase(s) upstairs if no lift is accessible, with adding a "walk up" charge of HK$80 per item per flight of stairs. However we won't deliver to flats on the 9th floor or above without lifts. This fee is paid directly to the delivery team on the day.
| Furniture Disposal Charges:
Please inform our sales team before delivering your purchase(s) if you need old furniture disposed of, and they will provide our disposal price list, as different items incur different fees.

Please note that our policy for all items — including display, on sale, or custom-made products — cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of faulty goods. Please check the terms & conditions of your items carefully during your purchase.
