The subscriber or site visitor agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, distribute, broadcast, publish, circulate, sell or commercially exploit the information and contents on this website in any manner without the express written consent of OVO GROUP.
OVO GROUP collects user information to enhance the value of our service and for marketing and promotional purposes. The collected information is used exclusively to the extent necessary to fulfil the specific purpose and will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose.
1.0 Risk & property
1.1 Risk in the items purchased is passed to Buyer upon Buyer’s acceptance of this invoice. Property of the items shall
be passed to Buyer upon receipt of full payment by us.
2.1 Buyer is deemed to have accepted the items upon issuance of this invoice. Within 7 days of purchase, all stock
items can be exchanged for other items upon presentation of the original invoice. If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. There shall only be one chance of exchange per item purchased. We reserve our absolute discretion whether or not to accept return and to allow exchange for other items.
2.2 This Exchange policy is not applicable to items which are specially commissioned by the Buyer unless there is
material or workmanship defect due to gross negligence on our part.
2.3 This Exchange policy is not applicable to promotion items and / or display items. Buyers shall examine the
products thoroughly before payment.
2.4 We will not, under any circumstances, entertain a request for cash refund or credit note.
3.1 Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made either on the date of purchase or on the date of
delivery. All claims are subject to our Exchange policy explained above.
4.1 Delivery lead-time for back order items varies with products; please enquire for the estimated date of delivery. Unless
otherwise expressly stated by us, stocked items shall be delivered in 2 weeks upon receipt of full payment.
4.2 The date of delivery is only an estimate and we shall not be liable for any damages or compensation in the event of
4.3 Delivery service is only available for purchases over HKD1,000 to a single address with vehicular and lift access.

4.4 Delivery packing is for local delivery service only.
4.5 Buyer must ensure that the lift at the delivery address should be able to operate with the items contained therein. If
the lift cannot contain the items or be operated, or the property has no lift or the address/floor is not immediately accessible to a lift, a “walk up” charge of HKD80 per item will be added for every floor. We do not deliver above 8 floors (including the ground floor) for properties without lifts or proper lift usage nor to addresses/properties without vehicular access.
4.6 Buyer must ensure that the goods ordered can gain access to the location of delivery, including for example, the
common passageway, the lift, the common corridors or areas and the door of Buyer’s designated premises. We shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver due to inaccessibility.
4.7 If there is no one to receive the goods delivered, delivery charge following the rule as stated in item 4.3 will be
charged for each subsequent delivery.
4.8 Should Buyer desire any change in the date of delivery, Buyer should give not less than 10 days’ notice of change.
4.9 Furniture assembly service will be provided upon delivery, while product installation service is excluded.
5.0 Self-pick up
5.1 Self-pickup option must be selected at the checkout page, the shipping charges will be waived.

5.3 Items ordered will be available for collection within 7 days of purchase. We will contact you when your order has
arrived at your chosen store.
5.4 Order confirmation email must be presented at the cashier counter upon collection. Should you have any questions,

6.0 Extent duty
6.1 Our delivery service does not include removal or shifting of existing furniture. Buyer shall be solely responsible for
preparing the property and clearing out space to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
6.2 In case of materials provided by Buyer, all risk of damage or loss during storage, process or transit shall be Buyer’s.
7.1 We shall supply the items as described on the invoice, all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to
merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality or condition of the items, whether express or implied by law or otherwise are included to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.2 Buyer acknowledges and accepts that items delivered by us will not be identical to the samples which Buyer may
have seen, and colour difference or difference in grain or shading for different products or supplementary orders shall be accepted due to difference in fabric, wood pattern and the characteristics of the materials used. In particular, wood, stone, leather or other natural or processed materials may have markings, imperfections of colour change depending on the nature of the raw material, its characteristics and durability. Buyer also acknowledges and accepts that furniture items in upholstery will have a tolerance of 10mm and furniture items in wood will have a tolerance of 5mm. we shall not be held responsible for the same unless these are caused by our gross negligence.
7.3 We give no guarantee or warranty as to the practicability, efficiency, and safety or otherwise of special items
modified to meet the Buyer’s specific requirements or items which are designed to specification. We shall not be liable if any defect in special items arises from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the Buyers. Special items will not be accepted for return, exchange and refund.
8.0 Exclusion of liability
8.1 We shall not be liable for any additional expenses nor for damage to property or injury to persons on Buyer’s
premises arising from delivery or use of the items purchased, howsoever caused.
8.2 Any deposit without purchase confirmation in 3 months is not refundable.
8.3 Payment without purchase confirmation in 6 months is not refundable.
9.1 We agree to store items purchased from us for the Buyer for a period of one (1) month from the date of delivery of
goods free of charge, following which we shall charge a rate of HKD20 cubic per metre per day with a minimum of 1 cubic metre.
9.2 Shall the stored items purchased by the Buyer be stored over a period of (2) months starting from the date of
delivery, the purchased items will be disposed by us at our sole discretion without any prior notice and liability and without prejudice to our right to claim against the Buyer for any storage fee incurred and any money paid by the Buyer shall not be refundable and the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against us for any loss or damages whatsoever.
10.1 Full payment shall be made upon confirmation of order. If the payment is made by cheque, delivery will only be made
following cheque clearance.
10.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, an interest of 3% per
month finance charge based on the outstanding amount will be added for late payment.
11.1 We reserve the right to change these conditions of sales at any time and without prior notice. In case of a dispute,
we have the right to a final decision.
12.0 Proper law
12.1 This contract is subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
